Strengthening Ties Counseling uses online video therapy through a HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform. We've found that this method of delivery eliminates scheduling difficulties, commuting, and allows therapy to occur from the comfort of your own home.

However, we are happy to provide you with a Superbill if your plan has an Out-of-Network benefit; it may be provided on a weekly or monthly basis. A Superbill is a receipt for services that contains the information requested by insurance companies. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to discuss details about your Out-of-Network benefits.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours, or if you are a no-show for any reason, you will be billed the full cost of the session.
