Focused on Strengthening, Engaging & Connecting

Family day

Strengthening Ties Counseling is focused on helping others find their inner strength and what ties them to a healthier sense of self. Often times we find ourselves, our children, and our families not thriving and simply existing in a state of chaos. We want to assist you in strengthening, connecting, and identifying those areas that are hindering you from being your best self.

Various stages of life require varying approaches to therapy and we work with you in identifying what works best for you, your child, or your family. We understand that with therapy there is not a one size fits all approach.

While working on oneself, we realize that we are part of larger systems. At Strengthening Ties Counseling, we work on those systems through our Restorative Paths program. Restorative Paths allows us to work with school districts, corporations, and small businesses to build relationships and a sense of community.
